What to expect
You will immerse yourselves in and gain confidence in the Italian language which underpins so much of the operatic repertoire so that you can understand the language behind the music and bring authenticity to every note. With the guidance of hugely experienced pianists and repetiteurs who have worked at an international level in opera houses in Europe, you will also not only refine your craft and develop the collaboration skills every repetiteur needs but also discover how to support a singers’ artistry while honing your own.

Applications
For Pianists
In order to submit your application with us, we will require you to include two recent video recordings of the following:
Accompaniment of one Operatic Aria
Own choice piano solo piece
We ask that these videos include a live singer, rather than just a piano recording.
We kindly request that you upload your video audition materials to YouTube or Vimeo, and set the video to ‘Unlisted’. From there, you will be able to provide us with a private shareable link.
We also ask that you include proof of a €100 application fee. Please add your name into the reference number.
For returning students, we offer a 50% deduction on the application fee (€50)
